3.1 The host provides the guest with the hosting service under this contract. Third-party access to the hosting service is only permitted if both parties have agreed in writing prior to the start of the hosting contract. Customers should not use their website to link to other websites or systems hosting the material described above. This agreement begins at the time of entry into force and is extended for an initial period, unless it is terminated earlier in accordance with its terms (point 17). At the end of the original period, this agreement will automatically remain in force unless it is terminated in accordance with its terms (point 17) or by one of the parties after written notification of the other thirty (30) days. The service provider provides the client with hosting services and makes at least reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of services for the duration of the contract, subject to planned maintenance. The customer grants the service provider the right to store and process the data provided by the customer and gives the service provider guarantees as to the legality of that data. The agreement contains clauses relating to the processing of personal data in order to support compliance with EU and UK data protection rules (including the General Data Protection Regulation or the RGPD).
